Rajgir ASI shoots self at police barracks

An assistant sub-inspector, Suman Tirkey, allegedly shot himself with his service revolver inside the Rajgir police station barracks on Tuesday morning. Preliminary investigations suggest a family dispute may have been the cause, though the exact motive is still under investigation. Tirkey, who was on night patrol, returned to the station before the incident.
