Ranchi Airport Faces Criticism Over Damaged Infrastructure and Safety Concerns

Passengers at Ranchi’s Birsa Munda International Airport are encountering difficulties due to damaged floors and poorly maintained infrastructure. Broken tiles and exposed nails pose safety risks, hindering movement, especially for those with luggage. Despite these issues, the airport remarkably ranked 5th in AAI’s customer satisfaction survey, a significant jump from 34th, based on passenger feedback collected between January and June.
