Residents of Patna await booth-level-officers as deadline for enumeration forms nears

Patna residents are anxious as booth-level officers (BLOs) haven’t collected enumeration forms (EFs) before the July 25 deadline. Despite Election Commission claims of 80% collection, many like Raju Sinha and Munna Singh are still waiting.
