Assam Police successfully thwarted a rhino poaching attempt, apprehending three individuals across Biswanath, Majuli, and Lakhimpur districts. A .303 rifle and ammunition were seized following the operation. Authorities are actively searching for an absconding accomplice, with a case registered at Gohpur Police Station and the arrested accused presented in court.
