Rs 3cr cannabis seized in Udalguri, 2 held

Assam police intercepted a vehicle disguised as a vegetable carrier on the Bhairabhkunda-Udalguri road, seizing 309.79 kg of cannabis valued at approximately Rs 3 crore. Two individuals, Swrangsha Daimari and Mithinga Iswary, were arrested. The drugs were reportedly transported from Magupam in Arunachal Pradesh. Investigations are ongoing to uncover the wider supply network.
