Search continues for missing man swept away by flood in Chatra district

A massive search is underway in Chatra district’s Khadhaiya River after 32-year-old Sanju Ram was swept away by a flash flood on Sunday evening. While villagers recovered his bike, Sanju remains missing. He and his brother-in-law, Chando Ram, were washing the bike when the incident occurred. Locals rescued Chando, but Sanju disappeared in the strong current.
