Security tightened in Aizawl for PM’s inauguration of Bairabi-Sairang railway

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate the Bairabi-Sairang Railway Line on Saturday, connecting Aizawl to the national rail network for the first time. The event at Aizawl Lammual is open to the public with tight security. Alongside the railway inauguration, Modi will flag off three new express trains to Delhi, Kolkata, and Guwahati.
