Seven IAS officers get new responsibilities

Bihar saw a significant administrative reshuffle on Friday, with seven IAS officers transferred or assigned new responsibilities ahead of the upcoming assembly elections. Chandrashekhar Singh was appointed secretary to the chief minister, while Animesh Kumar Parasher took charge as Patna divisional commissioner.
