Shillong & Tura streets come alive during Eucharistic processions

Thousands of Catholics joined annual Eucharistic processions in Shillong and Tura on Sunday. The events featured morning prayers and Holy Mass. The processions moved through city streets. Make-shift food stalls and vendors saw brisk business. Tourist spots were also crowded. Police managed traffic for the large number of vehicles. Meghalaya CM Conrad K Sangma participated in Tura.
