Similipal Tiger Reserve to reopen with new tourist regulations following monsoon closure

Similipal Tiger Reserve in Mayurbhanj district reopens this Saturday. The reserve was closed due to extended monsoon rainfall. New rules are in place for tourists. Entry of four-wheelers is limited daily. Vehicles need specific ground clearance. Tourists must exit by 6 pm. Identity proof is mandatory. Guides are also required for all visitors.
