State launches foreign education scholarship for SC/ST pupils

Odisha has launched a new foreign education scholarship scheme named Videsh Siksha Bruti. This initiative will provide Rs 25 lakh annually to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe students for pursuing higher studies abroad. The scheme aims to support 50 students each year for postgraduate and PhD courses in top global universities.
