From January 9, farmers in Kendrapada will be able to sell fair average quality paddy for Rs 3,100 per quintal. The Odisha State Civil Supplies Corporation is gearing up for its first phase of procurement, aiming for 81,200 metric tonnes, led by primary agriculture cooperative societies.
