Supreme Court Addresses Delay in Jharkhand High Court Judgements Amidst Ongoing Cases

The Supreme Court was informed that the Jharkhand High Court has delivered 32 out of 61 reserved judgments pending for over six months. The remaining verdicts are expected within a month, with judges actively working on them. This follows the top court’s earlier suggestion for judges to utilize leave to clear pending cases, particularly in criminal matters.
