The Supreme Court has permitted the use of green crackers in Delhi and NCR between October 15th and 25th, exclusively at designated locations for Diwali celebrations. Additionally, firecrackers can be burst for one hour in the morning (6-7 am) and two hours in the evening (8-10 pm) on Diwali day.
