Surabhi festival: Nurturing creativity and dreams in children

Odisha chief minister Mohan Charan Majhi inaugurated the state-level children’s festival ‘Surabhi’, emphasising its role in nurturing dreams and creativity. The festival, featuring over 2,400 students and a new ‘Nipun Odisha, Nipun Bharat’ initiative, highlights the government’s commitment to quality education. Students were honoured for their achievements, and differently-abled students received wheelchairs.
