Chhend police in Rourkela arrested Rajesh Das, a 25-year-old from Bhadrak, for allegedly stealing a scooter belonging to Gyanendra Panigrahi. Panigrahi reported the theft on September 9th after his scooter vanished from in front of his house. Police recovered Panigrahi’s scooter along with another motorcycle from Das, and further investigation is currently in progress.
