An explosives-laden car detonated near Delhi’s Red Fort, planned by Dr. Umar Nabi for the Babri Masjid demolition anniversary. Interrogation of arrested associates revealed a plot hatched abroad, involving reconnaissance and procurement of over 350kg of explosives for multiple attacks.
