Tata Electronics is constructing an “Elephant-Proof” wall around its new chip assembly plant in Assam to mitigate ground vibrations caused by elephants, which could disrupt the precision required for semiconductor manufacturing. The project also addresses a snake problem with a dedicated rescue team.
