TCS expands partnership with UK retailer Morrisons to boost digital transformation
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has extended its five-year partnership with UK supermarket Morrisons to accelerate digital transformation and enhance customer experience. The collaboration will focus on modernizing loyalty programs, improving personalization, and strengthening Morrisons’ digital presence. TCS will establish an Automation Factory and a Business Intelligent Command Centre to provide operational insights and proactive issue resolution.
