Chintha Parmesh, a former child labourer who once earned a meager ₹1,500 annually, has achieved his dream by earning a PhD from Osmania University. Overcoming his late start to education at age 14, Parmesh’s accomplishment was celebrated by his village in Nagarkurnool district.
