SOC Investment Group has formally requested Nasdaq to investigate Tesla’s recent $29 billion equity grant to Elon Musk. The shareholder group alleges that the Tesla board bypassed Nasdaq’s rules by not putting the “2025 CEO Interim Award” to a shareholder vote.
