Thane: 25-year-old held for murdering 75-year-old woman; attacked her 97-year-old mother during robbery

In a shocking incident in Gandulwad village, Thane, a 25-year-old man has been arrested for the murder of a 75-year-old woman and the assault of her 97-year-old mother. The accused, Shivaji Balvant Dhasade, confessed to bludgeoning Veena Daulataram Harpalani to death and severely injuring Laxmi Narayandas Dalvani during a robbery at their farmhouse.
