Thane: TMT bus engine catches fire and passengers escape unhurt

Passengers on a TMT bus had a fortunate escape late Saturday night when its engine caught fire on Pokhran Road No. 2. Alerted by passersby, the driver and conductor safely evacuated everyone before fire services arrived and extinguished the blaze. No injuries were reported, and the cause is under investigation.
