Thieves steal jewellery, cash from 2 houses in Chandigarh

Thieves targeted two Chandigarh homes, stealing valuables and cash in separate incidents. In Sector 32, a caretaker’s wife encountered a thief who fled with gold, silver, and Rs 75,000. Separately, a Sector 30 resident reported broken locks and the theft of Rs 18,000 and electronic items. Police are investigating both cases, examining CCTV footage for clues.
