Three die as speeding van rams into parked truck on NH-31

A speeding pickup van collided with a stationary truck on National Highway-31 in Begusarai, resulting in the deaths of three individuals, including an 18-year-old. The victims, all related and returning from a project, were trapped in the severely crushed cabin. The truck driver fled the scene following the early morning accident.
