Update mobile numbers: Road minintry to driving licence, RC holders

The road transport ministry is encouraging driving licence (DL) holders and registered vehicle owners to update their mobile numbers via Aadhaar authentication on Vahan and Sarathi portals. This update will become necessary for accessing transport and DL-related services. The initiative aims to ensure accurate details and address evasion of fines by those changing contact information.
