US to hike China tariffs to 130%: What deadline Trump has set for ‘banning’ software exports to China

Former President Donald Trump announced plans to impose a 100% tariff on Chinese goods, in addition to existing taxes, and implement software export controls starting November 1st, 2025. This move comes in response to what Trump described as China’s “extraordinarily aggressive position on Trade” and a “hostile letter” to the world regarding export controls.
