An inquiry committee has been formed by the VVCMC to investigate a fatal chlorine gas leak in Vasai West. The incident, which claimed one life and hospitalized 18 others, occurred when a long-stored gas cylinder in a water tank premises was accidentally pushed, breaking its valve.
