The Independence day long weekend saw a 32% surge in visa applications. Short-haul destinations like Bali and Dubai were popular. Tier 2 cities also showed increased activity. Millennials and Gen Z drove the travel wave. Domestic routes, especially Mumbai-Goa, experienced high airfares. Leisure and religious destinations saw a peak in demand. VFR routes remained stable.
