Navi Mumbai police are searching for Dilip Khedkar, father of a dismissed IAS officer, and his chauffeur, Praful Salunkhe, in connection with a road rage kidnapping case. Investigators believe the two men abandoned their SUV and fled in a taxi to avoid arrest.
