Who made the first Butter Chicken?
Butter chicken, or Murgh Makhani, is a popular Indian dish. Kundan Lal Gujral created it in the 1950s at Moti Mahal restaurant in Delhi. He used leftover tandoori chicken in a creamy tomato sauce.
