Wokha dist inks MoU with 3 national institutes to empower farmers & boost agricultural innovation

Wokha district has signed MoUs with ICAR-NRCB, IBSD, and CSIR-NEIST for technological integration and scientific farming, focusing on banana cultivation and sustainable practices. This initiative was launched during the inaugural Banana Festival 2025, aimed at boosting the local economy and empowering farmers through agricultural innovation and improved market linkages.
