Yoo Jae Suk, a prominent figure in entertainment, is constructing a management agency building in Nonhyun-dong after purchasing two land plots in Seoul. To finance the project, which includes three basement levels and four above-ground floors, he secured a loan using the land as collateral. Construction began in May 2023 and is expected to be completed by February 2026.
