Andhra Pradesh: Temple cleanliness and heritage revival intiative grows into mass movement

M.V. Sivakumar Reddy’s initial effort to clean a Nandyal temple has blossomed into “Mana Ooru–Mana Gudi–Mana Badhyata,” a powerful mass movement across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. This NGO, set to receive a state-level award, mobilizes over 2,000 volunteers to revive temples, preserve heritage, and foster community spirit.
