Soren emphasized that the implementation should strengthen local self-governance and ensure the socio-economic empowerment of tribal communities. This directive comes amidst accusations from the opposition BJP, with leader Raghubar Das alleging the government’s non-implementation of PESA rules deprives the tribal society of its rights.
