Mohali Ropar Range DIG Harcharan Singh Bhullar was apprehended by the CBI on Thursday at his Mohali office. He was allegedly caught red-handed accepting a bribe from a complainant from Fatehgarh Sahib. The complainant had accused the DIG of demanding a substantial sum to settle a case.
